Wedding Days are one of the greatest moments and in a couple’s life! There are so many exciting firsts when planning a wedding. The engagement seems like a lifetime of its own. Nevertheless, by the time you finally start getting use to calling your significant other your fiancé, it’s now time to become husband and wife. It’s crazy how fast the time flies by. With that said, soak up every moment and enjoy the process. At times it may seem a little stressful, but before you know it, the entire engagement and planning process just becomes a figment of your imagination. Breathe, relax and soak up as many moments as you can throughout the wedding planning journey! You will thank me later!
The Big Day has arrived. You wake up with butterflies in your stomach and a huge smile on your face. At this point everything is set in stone. You’ve got the location and it’s being decorated as we speak. The tables are being set, the food is being prepared & you’re capturing special moments with your family & friends as you prepare to marry your other half. From this moment on nothing could go wrong…. right?!?! Well in reality something usually doesn’t go as planned whether you know about it or not. This is why it’s good to have a Wedding Coordinator. If something doesn’t go as planned, you would never know about it and the issue gets resolved without the bride and groom worrying about unnecessary stress on a very special day! Trust me when I say you do not want to be consumed with the typical questions and concerns that every venue constantly wants to ask because everyone is afraid to make decisions at a wedding without a confirmation. This is not a bad thing, trust me, but the Bride and Groom are not the ones who should be bothered with this! Ok, so how do you stay in control of a few bumps in the road whether you have a planner or not? Well I have made you a secret Survival Kit to help make your day that much smoother!
Use this checklist as a “safety net” for the small snags that choose to present themselves on your special day! ;) Again, you will thank me later. If you do not want to be in charge of these types of small details, giving this list to your coordinator or Maid of Honor is also a great idea. I know, you want to assume or hope that nothing could go wrong on your big day, but reality is that life isn’t perfect and why sweat the small stuff when you can help prevent them with a small Survival Kit! I hope this helps & I’d love to hear feedback from anyone who has made their own successful Survival Kit, or for anyone who chooses to use this one!!!
